Tryout – an hour introduction class online for anyone interested, with Liselotte Reivén.

Through short lectures and practical exercises, you will get an introduction to our fascia system and its characteristics. The purpose is to give you fundamental body awareness and increased knowledge on what the fascia does in our body. The aim is to give you an introduction to the fascia system, hot you can activate your body in new ways and work more healthy, hopefully awakening the lust to learn more.
