We’re back after the summer break! A little more tanned and with itchy mosquito bites, we’re looking forward to an exciting autumn.

On Wednesday, August 5, Danskompaniet Spinn will visit Västerhavsveckan in Skärhamn with the workshop Globe and Climate.

Welcome to our blue-green planet! We’ll warm up our bodies, and through movement we’ll travel all the way from Skärhamn to the Arctic.

There, we’ll gather on ice floes and meet Ursus maritimus, Pinnipedia, and other fascinating animals. The workshop Globe & Climate explores issues related to climate change and how, together, we can make a big difference through small actions. Together, we are strong, brave, and inventive!

The workshop will be offered at three different times during the day:

  • 11:30–12:15
  • 13:00–13:45
  • 14:15–15:00

The event takes place outdoors in Skärhamn and runs from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In case of bad weather, the event will move indoors, either to a nearby venue right next to the site or to the Municipal Hall, located a few hundred meters away.
