VIDARE Talk at Atalante

VIDARE Talk at Atalante

The VIDARE project invites you to a conversation about daily training

On October 15, we invite you to an evening at Atalante focused on daily training. During the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to mingle, see work in progress, and engage in conversations about your hopes and expectations for daily training.

This conversation marks the beginning of a longer dialogue about what daily training is and what it should be. We will discuss the following questions:

* What makes me choose the classes I attend?

* What do I need in order to feel welcome in a class?

* What time of day suits me best for taking class?

* What are my expectations for a class?

VIDARE aims to make professional dance accessible and to create opportunities for dancers both with and without disabilities to continue developing within the field of dance throughout their careers. To make this possible, there is a need for daily training that is inclusive for everyone, offering tools for deepening each individual’s dance practice.
VIDARE is a collaboration between Språng, Danscentrum Väst, Syd, and Stockholm, as well as Danskompaniet Spinn, Regionteater Väst, and Dansalliansen.
