From May 11–13, award-winning movement coach and dance artist Sebastian Grubb will join the VIDARE project, leading daily training and a workshop in integrated movement and contemporary dance.
With experience from international stages and work with, among others, AXIS Dance Company, Sebastian invites participants into dynamic training that engages the whole body and emphasizes creative collaboration.
The training with Sebastian consists of two parts:
9:00–10:30 The daily training Body, where participants work with contemporary dance and partner-based improvisation.
11:00–15:30 The afternoon session Hive, focusing on group-based movement and collective creation.
For more information, please visit the Danscentrum Väst website.
The classes are part of the VIDARE project, run by Språng, and are aimed at professional dancers or people with extensive dance experience—regardless of functionality.
VIDARE is carried out in collaboration with Danscentrum Väst, Dansalliansen, Regionteater Väst, and the dance company Spinn.
