Danskompaniet Spinn meets young people in special high school, in Falkenberg with the workshop Bodypower.

Your body is yours and yours alone. It can be strong and stubborn or weak and fragile. It doesn’t matter, it’s the best body in the world. You can listen, feel or create landscapes with it. But what exactly is the body and what is it for?

The workshop Kroppsmakt or Bodypower is a workshop where we create space for our bodies. Here you get to explore your relationship with your own body and the countless possibilities it holds. We alternate simple movement exercises with creation and conversations about the body, trust, power and ownership.
