During week 22 we’re doing the final activities within the project Att skriva dansen och dans skriften that was started during 2019 together with Författarcentrum Väst.
Wednesday and Thursday Mat 27-28 we will be presenting “pop-up performances” with the ambition of giving you an insight into the artistic processes of this project. And now that the world is kind of upside down, and we can’t do this in any public space, we’ve been invited by Konsthallen in Trollhättan that will live-stream a performance as part of their initiative Kulturströmmar. The live-stream takes place Wednesday May 27 at 19.00-19.45. We’ve also been invited by Världskulturmuseet in Gothenburg to do a live-stream on Thursday May 28 at 15.00.
Veera Suvalo Grimberg is the artistic director of the project Att skriva dansen och dans skriften. One of the main challenges will be how the group can work without physical interaction, and the fact that the authors’ participation will be via link. But the entire cast is excited about the work ahead, and we hope that you all will follow the live-streams!
Participating artists are Felicia Sparrström, Izabell Makiela, Annika Vestel, Rannhvi Mebius Jormin as well as Spinn’s artistic director Veera Suvalo Grimberg and company host Tone Helly-Hansen who will be reading texts by authors Elías Knörr (IS), Claire Carter (GB), Hans M Hirschi (SE), Hilding Sandgren (SE) och Sara Hallström (SE). The performance also feature music by Anders Rimpi.
