This years BaSta has been awarded to Universell Scenkonst!

This years BaSta – “a unique award to recognize those who make an outstanding contribution to children’s and youth culture” has been awarded to Scens:se, Perception, and Universell Scenkonst!

Danskompaniet Spinn is part of the later, and we are very proud that our work together with GöteborgsOperan, Regionteater Väst, the Cultural Administration in the Västra Götaland Region, Kulturskolan Göteborg, Dansakademin, Språng, Konstra, and Big Wind is being recognized in this way.

BaSta is a newly established award by the National Association for Children’s Culture in Sweden. The award consists of a wooden sculpture by artists Jobs Sara Thiele and Hans Thiele.
