About Miramos
In Miramos we meet four unusual creatures who are on a visit to our blue-green planet. They investigate our world with curiosity and fascination. But where do they come from and what are they actually doing here?

Miramos lets us in on a magical and playful journey outside of time, amongst colours, shapes and imagination. It shows us how to find the courage to approach and become friends with someone who looks very different.

Taking inspiration from the works of artist Joan Miró, the Norwegian Choreographer Torgunn Wold and Spanish Dramaturg Paulo Serantes have created a playful performance without any words through the meeting of dance, theatre and music.

Miramos is for ages 4-8 and families. Spinn’s dancers Izabell Makiela and Felicia Sparrström are joined by guest dancers Annika Vestel and Britta Kangas. The performance includes classical music by composers such as Gabriel Fauré, Claude Debussy and Camille Saint-Saëns. Miramos had its premiere on 4th April 2019 at Frölunda Kulturhus, Gothenburg.

But there’s more Spinn during the festival! Already this Thursday August 8th, Veera Suvalo Grimberg and dancer Felicia Sparrström gives the workshop Återspinning at Växthuset in Trädgårdsföreningen at 11.00 and at 14.30. Read more about this at the Gothenburg Culture Festival website.
